"Horrible. The glass insert does NOT keep coffee hot. Coffee goes cold in less than 2 hours which defeats the purpose of drinking coffee later in the morning on the go. I might as well put it in a Styrofoam cup and take it with me and reheat it later. You pay good money for a product that claims to be insulated and keep drinks hot or cold only to realize its a complete waste!"

Excellent Service

"I purchased a glass insert and was very happy with it. It did make my morning coffee taste better and I was impressed with the quality. However, I had an issue with the insert after a short time. I contacted customer service via email. They responded quickly and took care of the issue. Works with the tupkee 14 oz glass top

"After numerous glass tupkees that I broke, this glass insert is the perfect solution because you can put it in a stainless steel container. I'm trying to find something with all glass but the tupkee 14 oz container I broke still had the glass top that worked and it fits on this glass insert. If vinglace made a glass top too that would be the best of both worlds."

Great upgrade

"I'm using the insert in a Yeti 20 oz tumbler and it's perfect. It does add some weight and reduce the volume but it's worth it. The seal is great and I like feel of the glass when drinking without the lid. The lid seals better than the Yeti lids, so much so that you have to open it to put it on if there's hot liquid. There's also no plastic taste like there is with the Yeti lids. I don't think hot liquids stay as hot with the insert vs. Yeti alone but it stays hot long enough for me to drink the contents. Definitely recommend."
