Q&A
My daughter bought us one and it’s stuck with an empty bottle in it. No one can open it. It’s akin to King Arthur’s quest in our family. Any suggestions?
Hi Lisa! We apologize for the inconvenience. You can try putting it in the freezer for an hour or so, then tap it hard on the counter, that should jar it loose! If that doesn't work, please email us at customerservice@vinglace.com and we will be happy to take care of it for you!
The bottle is now empty but I can’t unscrew the top to open the container. Are there any tips for making this work?

The bottle is in the chiller and I cannot open it to throw the bottle away. What do I do?

I received one as a gift but with no instructions. Do I keep it in the freezer or just use it as an insulator for an already chilled wine bottle?
It keeps your already chilled bottle cold.
Can this be used for red wine without making it too chilled?
