"My first purchase was the wine glass, which is a favorite. I ordered the everyday glass with engraving. The navy is pretty, seems like a matte finish, a little chalky feeling maybe!? Regardless, it’s awesome. Comes with two types of lids. One that has just the drink opening and one that has the slide closure. I ordered an additional glass insert, which also came with the closure lid."

"I love your product. I don't like drinking hot beverages out of plastic or metal so when I found you I fell in love. "In November I posted a 1-star review after I was sent the wrong replacement insert. I believe I ordered the wrong thing because it wasn't clear on the website. When I posted here (under Tim H), Vinglace responded immediately. Customer support figured out what I should have ordered, and sent it right out to me. It's a relief. I can continue to recommend Vinglace products to friends, and order the occasional Vinglace product for a gift."
